The Schramm Marketing Group is a specialty-agency with the flexibility to efficiently expand or minimize staffing for any project. This flexibility reflects the need to adhere to a client's budget, while also ensuring that the project gets the desired results.

The elite team consists of an ethnically-diverse, boutique staff of marketing specialists.

The company is privately-owned with minority-ownership status. Its principal partners are "targeted" marketing experts, Rafael Eli and Joe Schramm.

The company is headed by its Founder and Senior Partner. Schramm is recognized as a leader in multiethnic marketing, producing noteworthy conferences and hospitality events, playing an instrumental role in the development of televised international soccer, and as a 30+ year, award-winning veteran of the cable TV industry.

Previously, Schramm had founded and eventually sold another promotions agency, Team Services. Prior to Team, he had several marketing positions in the cable TV industry including terms at Rainbow Media (now AMC Networks) and Cablevision, and before Cablevision, he had served as an executive with the Boy Scouts of America with a focus on programming, recruitment and fund-raising.

Schramm is an active member of TV industry organizations including NAMIC (National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications) and CTAM, the cable industry's marketing association, as well as a past board member of not-for-profit organizations dedicated to the support of Alzheimer's families, and anti-bullying and anti-defamation of LGBT teenagers.

He earned a B.A. in History from St. Michael's College in Vermont.

Schramm is a native of Long Island, N.Y., which is where he currently resides.

Rafael Eli is a partner at Schramm and has played an instrumental role in the company's service to its clients, especially those involving the Hispanic market, and as a key advisor to the managing partner.

Eli joined the company in 1999 after leadership roles in programming sales for ABC Radio International ; Hispanic marketing communications for AT&T where he managed an annual Hispanic advertising budget of over $40 million; and account services positions at several leading advertising and direct marketing agencies including BBDO Direct, Wundermann and Nash Direct where he worked on leading accounts including Hasbro Toys, Tonka Toys, Mattel, American Airlines, TWA, Avon, Remy Martin and others.

He has an M.B.A. from Fordham and a B.A. from Rutgers and studied at the Sorbonne and at the Université de Tours in France.

Eli is a native of Havana, Cuba and currently resides in New York City.
